County Attorney OUT! More Coruption ends.

BRENTWOOD – Rockingham County Attorney James Reams and his deputy Tom Reid were suspended from their offices as part of a joint state and federal probe looking into "managerial and operational" issues of their office. Reams has been the county attorney for 15 years. Attorney General Joe Foster and U.S. Attorney John Kacavas made a joint announcement about the unseating of Reams and his deputy during a press conference in Rockingham County Superior Court. Foster said a former employee made a complaint to his office, which set off the investigation. "The allegations were significant," Foster said. The interview with the former employee "led us to a number of other former employees we interviewed along with agents from the FBI," Foster said. "The interviews corroborated the allegations made by the initial complainant and raised other issues." Foster said the investigation led him to suspend the prosecutorial duties of Reams, who has held the post of county attorney since being first elected in 1998. Last night, county commissioners were informed about the investigation by the Attorney General's Office and agreed to place Reid an administrative leave. Foster said commissioners will be conducting their own investigation into the operations of the office. Senior assistant attorney general James Boffetti has been named interim county attorney while the investigation continues, according to Foster. FBI agents and investigators interviews of the staff and the assistant county attorneys at the office began this morning. "We are hopeful they will be completed in short order," Foster said. Kacavas said last week he received a request from Foster's office for assistance, and that his office has been working "shoulder to shoulder" with state investigators. He said the measures taken by the state were meant to maintain the integrity of the investigation, and that residents should be assured that the County Attorney's Office will continue its work during the probe. "This office remains open for business and the Rockingham County Attorney's Office will continue to function and administer criminal justice uninterrupted and unabated during pendency of this investigation," Kacavas said.

Concentino must be in tears about now. One less person to cover for his and selectmen's illegal behavior.

How about it guys, can you feel the heat getting closer to taking you down too? Suppose you can get a cell next to Reams?

Anonymous said...

I'm sure Billy B. is more worried than Phil. Billy has all these official hats now, is studying under SCS, and has his own skeletons to worry about. Considering SCS use to have lunch once a week with Reams, I'd be caarefully walking through this minefield if I were Billy.

I assume by your comment it is Chief Savage your writing about. But if it be so after being in with the conman for so long why would Billy boy need more of an education. He learned from the best of corrupt teachers. Maybe he is teaching Savage some things he doesn't already know. Oh well, birds of a feather flock together .

My question is, where is the impartiality if Reams as County Atty is having routine social visits with police?

My question is, where is the impartiality if Reams as County Atty is having routine social visits X Atkinson Chief Phil Consentino?

Is it so difficult that these "Birds of Feather" cover for one another?

How about Consentino covering for Selectman Bill Baldwin and Baldwin for Consentino?

Anyone see a CONFLICT with the people Consentino puts in office through his connections the Lions Club and Elderly Affairs vote?

How do you spell CORRUPTION? Would you recognize it if it HIT IT IN THE FACE?

Conflict among cats can develop because of threats to their status or rank in the home, from other animals in the home, or from outside cats. With a little practice, you can recognize the signs of conflict and find out if it is a problem for your cats. If it is, you usually can identify the causes

Anonymous said...

Is that why you are killing all the neighbor's cats JS and dumping their bodies into the trunks of your junk cars sold out of your used car lot next to Cumberland Farms?

Anonymous said...

When's your next shipment of.............ah firecrackers coming in JS? Need any help moving them around.........ah lighting them ..........ah off?

Anonymous said...

Ok long story short, we moved in Atkinson on granite ridge over a year ago, not realizing we lived next door to a woman who feeds so called ferrel cats all day and night long. When her car pulls in the drive, they come from all directions. These cats look fat and taken care of, not ferrel, so I think she is just overfeeding other peoples cats. Anyways, I tried to shovel tons of cat sh*t out of my yard because the neighbors told me our 2 lots were used as a litter box for years from our house being empty

Anonymous said...

Hey JS, you sound like you just got a new shipment and have been sniffing up all the profits. Shouldn't post such stupid statements while doing so. Someone might ring your door bell when you least expect it.

Anonymous said...

What a gonna do What a gonna do when they come for you, JS, JS, bad boy bad boy?

Anonymous said...

We moved to Meditation two years ago and all we hear are inconsiderates with leaf blowers on a Sunday. At least cats are being fed over by you, no appetite in my home during our Sunday meal. I am going to find out who he is and post his name here.

Anonymous said...

You still sound like you are sniffing up all the profits JS. Why don't you move if cats bother you. When was the last time you took a bath? Think it is killing your junk car business. The dead cat smell is everywhere.

What is the BOS going to do when the whistle is blown to the ET. When they are exposed for the things they are trying to sneak by on the town. I have made a few predictions before and they always come true. Hmm I must be in the know. Just wait.... the dime is being dropped in the the payphone..

Arbitration hearing #1 proves victorious for the Union in Plaistow. Sorry Billy. Sign of things to come.

Anonymous said...

Great news in Plaistow, how much do lawsuits cost the town because from what I'm hearing there are few more more BIG ONES coming down Rt 125 and Billy you should start running now. BTW Where are you going to run to?

Anonymous said...

All lawsuits are caused by Town Officials, why do you think they wanted another LEGAL LINE added to the Town budget last year?

Please expand on what they have done now to cause another lawsuit (s).

Anonymous said...

Hey JS, All your protection from town officials is falling apart. What you going to do when you have none and left alone to hold the bag for all the illegal things you have done. You making enough to pay your legal fees at that JUNK CAR LOT in Plaistow next to Cumberland Farms?

What ya going to do, what ya going to do when they come for you JS JS, BAD BOY BAD BOY

I see the BOS was up to their old tricks last night. They brought in the citizens (or should I say the concerned citizens came in) and they were not given the time of day (or night). I bet the Billy's knew what time it was,,,it was almost kick off time and Billy B never misses a game.

Anonymous said...

What did you expect? Billy B. was trained by Consentino so the corruption would continue in the GREAT CORRUPTED TOWN OF ATKINSON!

Everyone in town office (except one) has to be flushed down the toilet and start fresh with HONEST PEOPLE.

JS is a monkey that crawls into the trunks of his junk cars on his used car lot to sniff the dead cat smell. You know the lot by Cumberland Farms. He gets high on the new car smell he promotes. Sniff sniff, sniff sniff.

Ya, reminds him of his girlfriend (the cat woman) Both smell the same.

Did you ever get a look at her? Looks like she's used up 7 of her 8, doesn't she? Smells like the trunk for the used cars JS sells at his Rt 125 car lot. Birds of a feather you know.

Has anyone ever found out why Bill F is not very welcome in the city of Lynn or why he has to go far away to buy any glass? Hmm
Let the secrets out........

Billy B, do you still enjoy chew? I always thought it was funny and maybe its why you didnt last as a DARE officer, you couldnt practice what you preached. Does PPD allow chew?

Wonder if MS. JS likes rolling around with HER MAN in the trunks of his junk cars. What a sight that must be with all the fur flying. What a Skag she is.

Come to think of it, must be appropriate to call them SKAGLINGS, right? Mr. & MS. Skagling.

Anonymous said...

Where are the Skaglings? They haven't posted here recently. Are they still making the fur fly in the trunks of JS junk cars at his lot on Rt125 next to Cumberland Farms? Doubt it. Not even the BIG MAN JS could last that long. Probably out coughing up that BIG FUR BALL he inhaled.

JS up chucking a stinking hair ball form his mistress. Now that is another sight to see. PUCK

What a disgusting used junk car dealer JS is. Should be a law against his dealership and his puck mistriss.

Call in the legislature! We have a bill we want to post!

Anonymous said...

Could someone enlighten me on the rules for Selectmen meeting. I was under the impression if 2 or more members meet it's considered a meeting, unless it was "unplanned".

If Billy and Bill were dining at a restraunt in Salem would that we planned or unplanned. I'm thinking planned can I get the minutes to that entire meeting?

Anonymous said...

Make sure those minutes include the name of the female Billy left with that isn't his wife. Tsk tsk.

In local cat news, an Atkinsn city councilman wants to allow "The Cat lady' to own five cats, up from the currently allowed three. I have a suspicion that no one has ever paid much attention to this law in the first place, but hooray anyway. Next up: the feline council will be considering a proposal that raises the minimum number of human servants per cat. It's expected to pass easily.

Anonymous said...

Oh Goody goody. More food for the Skaglings to eat in the trunks of JS Junk Cars for sale in his junk car lot next to Cumberland Farms.

Ms. Skagling will have something to chew on as he tries to make her fur fly.

Hey JS..........why not sell tickets to the event? You'll make more money that trying to sell those cars that have been under water on your lot. Bet your pervert buddies would give a nickle each to see her perform.

Anonymous said...

uh huh, hoo-ray for Atkinsn and local pest news.

Anonymous said...

Better to get rid of Skagling pests. They are not only a scourge to our way of living; they degrade the health and wellbeing of our society. We need to spray heavy around certain parts of Meditation Lane to get rid of them before they spread to all parts of town.

Anonymous said...

Better still, is to get rid of Skagling junk used car lot located close to Cumberland Farms in Plaistow. The stench coming from the trunks of those cars is a public safety issue. Owners should be forced to pay for the EPA cleanup.

Anonymous said...

ah beware of the Ides of December......

Anonymous said...

ah beware of the damage Skaglings can do to your health before we even get to the month of December! We need to fumigate, yes fumigate around JS’s house to get rid of the pests that breed there!

Corruption is here to stay until
the people that took us down this
crooked path are gone. It has
been fifteen years and nothing
has changed. There is no shortage of more of the same.

Integrity is a word that has been lost in this town.

Hey, where is that women stalking, firecracker lighting, cat killing, used junk car selling, SCUMBAG JS and his Skagling mistress? They haven't been posting lately. Is he making her fur fly in the trunks of his junk cars on his lot on Rt. 125 next to Cumberland Farms, or are they down south buying cars that have been underwater from Sandy?

Maybe he's over to his Father's junk car lot trying to figure out how to better cheat the next customer that comes to buy a car.

No matter, it's Thanksgiving and honest people have a heads up where not to buy junk used cars with dead cats in the trunks. That's a good thing.

Happy Thanksgiving to all except the Skaglings family and extended family.

Subject: Election Day
Good Evening
I am writing today to respectfully ask for your support at the Primary Election on Tuesday,
September 11, 2012 to act as your State Representative for the next two years.
I have been a resident of Atkinson since 2000 and live here with my Wife Kathleen, and m~ three
children who all attend Atkinson Academy. I've been active as a volunteer in Atkinson since 2000,
serving on the Zoning Board of Adjustment from 2000 through 2008. I am currently serving the
Town and its residents as Selectman and have been since 2008. My current term will expire in
2014
I have been involved in youth sports as an assistant soccer coach for Timberlane Youth Soccer,
Flag football coach for Timberlane Youth Football and I am currently a coach for the Timberlane
Tornadoes third and fourth grade tackle team. I believe that it's an important responsibility to
serve the communities in which we live and I would like to continue to do so by serving the Towns
of Atkinson and Plaistow in the House of Representatives.
During the past six months I have reached out to many residents from the Towns of Atkinson and
Plaistow trying to determine the issues that are of most concern to our residents. It is my firm
belief that as a State Representative, the issue that I take to the State House should be thel
issues that directly affect our residents; they should not be my issues. Throughout this process
many residents asked questions about the make-up of our House of Representatives. As a
follow-up to these questions, I offer the following:
The New Hampshire House of Representatives is the lower house in the New Hampshire General
Court. The House of Representatives consists of 400 members coming from 103 districts across
the state, created from divisions of the state's counties. With 400 State Representatives and 24
Senate Members of the upper house, the New Hampshire General Court is the largest state
legislature in the United States. On average, each legislator represents about 3,300 residents. If
the same level of representation were present in the U. S. Congress, that body would have
approximately 99,000 members. Representatives are elected for a two year term and are only
paid a salary of $200 per the term, as are New Hampshire State Senators. Districts vary in
number of seats based on their populations, with the least-populous districts having only one
member and the most having 13. In multi-member districts, voters are allowed to cast as many
votes as there are seats to be filled, which often results in one party winning a/l of the seats in the
district. The House of Representatives has met in Representatives Hall of the State House in
Concord since 1819. Representatives Hall is thus the oldest chamber in the United States still in
continuous legislative use.

Re: Cease and Desist
Violation of RSA 664: 17
Dear: Rep. Friel,
This office received two complaints concerning the distribution of political advertising through the Town of Atkinson email system. The omplaints were filed by Mr. Pete McVay and Mr. Leon Artus. As a result this office conducted an investigation into this matter.

The subject of this investigation was an email sent on September 10,2012, from your
Town of Atkinson, email address (bfriel@atkinson-nh.gov). In substance the email asks the
recipient to support your bid for State Representative in the Primary Election on Tuesday,
September 11,2012. See Exhibit A.

In the course of this investigation you were interviewed by Investigator Mark Myrdek of
this office. During that interview you stated that you used your own personal lap top computer,
which had access to the town's email system and that you were not aware you were on the
town's system when you sent the email. You acknowledged this was a mistake and assured
Investigator Myrdek this would not happen again.

Political advertising is defined by RSA 664:2, VI, as "any communication ... which
expressly or implicitly advocates the success or defeat of any party, measure or person at any
election. In pertinent part RSA 664: 17, states that "[n]o political advertising shall be placed or affixed to any public property".
I
After analyzing the facts as uncovered by this investigation, it is my determination that
the subject email did meet the definition of political advertising and that sending the email over an email service owned and maintained by the Town of Atkinson was a violation of l SA 664:17. As such, pursuant to RSA 7:6-c and RSA 664: 18 you are hereby ordered to Cease and Desist

The Cease and Desist order is a finding of GUILTY of Electioneering. The true side of our selectman is exposed for the world to see. We are onto the Fraud. Another con man. How is Atkinson so unfortunate to keep attracting these types?

So we'll have two open seats in March which guarantees Bill F re-election against some heavy competition in Phil, the guy he fired. Talk about a political ax to grind. Assuming these two get elected, get some popcorn and pull up to the BOS meetings folks. This'll be fun to watch too egomaniacal conmen battle for supremecy. To be King Con.

Anonymous said...

Phil can't get elected to anything - he can't work for the town everrrrr again. It was a condition of the agreement. If he violates the agreement he can be prosecuted for his crime.

Anonymous said...

The REAL QUESTION is why didn't our corrupt selectmen prosecute him for the CRIMES he committed?

Anonymous said...

The answer is that if he runs for anything he will violate the agreement and the victim can sue again!

Anonymous said...

Who told you that, someone from our town office? Have you seen the evidence or agreement that proves what you say?

How come the Conman has been running around telling everyone that he's going to run as selectman this year?

Anonymous said...

he won't do it, he'd have to answer a lot of questions about why he was FIRED

Anonymous said...

You don't know the Conman. He's the most corrupt arrogant bully on the face of the earth. His wife Jody is number two. He will run just to say he could and win.

Anonymous said...

Let him. See what happens if he does. He could, being the arrogant bully, but it will mean public humiliation and defeat.
